Driftwood Dining Table Stone Shisham. In this piece to create an effect the table top is inlayed with solid timbers to create a pattern that with the grains of Driftwood is truly a masterpiece. The pedestal table design achieve both a functionality of squezzing more guests and a modern design aspect.

Driftwood is a beautiful collection constructed entirely of solid Stone Shisham. This unique process is an innovation in furniture manufacturing with a comprehensive system originating from the hand selection of only the finest Shisham heartwoods, to the technical finishing process producing some of the most beautiful and practical furniture, with the essence of the natural warmth of solid timber paramount in creating a distinctly individual collection.

 The heartwoods of Shisham are hand selected using only the mature timbers with the grains and characters distinct to driftwood being scrutinized to ensure beauty in the finished piece. These plantation trees are left to mature ~8 years further to general Shisham before harvesting and contain little sap woods and a strong grain. After construction each piece is finished with entirely German made sealing and polishing products presented in a final 0% gloss (matt) finish to lock in as much of the natural features as possible. No stain is applied to any of the pieces and is entirely the colour of this magnificent timber.
